Speed Academy: Ages 9 – 18 (Foundational, Accelerated & Elite Performance)

The Speed Academy program designed for youth athletes to learn the techniques and mechanics of speed development. With a focus on linear and multi-directional speed. We offer three separate sessions that cater to the unique development needs of the athletes we train.

Foundational Performance (ages 10-12): Our Youth curriculum places a high priority on running technique, athletic coordination, balance and relative strength and the introduction of essential muscular movement patterns. These are vital in establishing a child’s athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of sports participation.

Accelerated Performance (ages 12 – 15): athletes train twice per week on the efficient movement patterns necessary to make faster cuts, have a more explosive first step, and improve straight ahead speed.  If you want to beat the competition to the ball, improve your lateral speed, run better routes or improve on your 20, 40 or 60 yard dash then this program is for you!

Elite Performance (ages 15 – 18+): Designed for High School athletes that want to earn a starting spot or compete at the college level.  Strong emphasis is placed on strength and force production. If you want to put yourself in the best position to win that college scholarship then this training session is for you!
